Where do I file a claim? Coderland facilitates the exercise of your rights: both parties (user and Coderland) are subject to the courts and tribunals corresponding to the user's domicile.

However, if the user is domiciled outside Panama, this submission will be made to the courts and tribunals of the District of Panama (Panama).
