Coderland partners with Izertis to boost its growth and strengthen its position as a key player in Latin America

Izertis has acquired 50% of the shares in Coderland. This transaction will allow Coderland to accelerate its evolution and enhance its ability to attract and retain talent in Latin America following significant growth, while Izertis will benefit from an expanded presence in the Americas and new delivery centers in Central America.

Coderland, a Central American group specialized in software development, has announced the acquisition of 50% of the company by the technology consulting firm Izertis. This strategic alliance will enable Coderland to accelerate its growth, expand its service portfolio, and strengthen its ability to attract and retain top tech talent across Latin America.

Headquartered in Panama, with delivery centers in Panama, Guatemala, and El Salvador, and a presence in the U.S., Mexico, and Spain, Coderland has positioned itself as one of the leading digital transformation specialists in Latin America. The company closed 2024 with a turnover of €9 million and an EBITDA of €1.5 million, demonstrating its strong growth and market potential.

“Joining forces with Izertis marks a giant leap forward in our mission to establish ourselves as a key player in the demanding software industry,” said Jorge Rubia, CEO of Coderland. “After experiencing significant growth, this partnership will allow us to accelerate our evolution, expand the range of services we offer our clients, and strengthen our ability to attract and retain the best tech talent in Latam. It is also a great honor to have a company with Izertis’ prestige and track record place its trust in us.”

For Izertis’ CEO, Pablo Martín, the integration of Coderland “not only gives us facilities in various parts of Central America but also enhances our IT service development capabilities in the region, complementing our existing delivery centers in Mexico and Colombia.” He added that this alliance improves the Spanish tech consultancy’s global competitiveness by “granting access to top tech talent markets and providing greater flexibility in our production capacity across all geographies.”

The integration with Izertis will enable Coderland to benefit from the experience and resources of a leading technology consultancy with a global presence and a broad service portfolio. For Izertis, the transaction expands its footprint in the Americas and provides new delivery centers in Central America, furthering its positioning as a global company.
