Empowering Female Talent in Technology

On September 27th, our offices in Panama were filled with energy and enthusiasm during the onboarding session, where we shared unforgettable moments. The scholarship holders took a tour of the office to familiarize themselves with their new workspace and participated in a group onboarding session filled with learning and opportunities to address their questions. They also received their kits and laptops, preparing to embark on their technological journey, and enjoyed a delicious lunch with pizzas, creating the perfect environment for bonding.

Meet our scholarship recipients:

• Angélica Rodríguez, a second-year student in Software Development and Management at UTP, who hopes to deepen her programming knowledge and enhance her soft skills through the bootcamp.
• Luz De León, also a second-year Software Engineering student at UTP, is eager to learn solid foundations in web programming to be better prepared for the job market.
• Geraldhy Messu, a fourth-year student in Computer Engineering at UP, aims to learn how to create web applications from scratch and improve her problem-solving skills.

The scholarship program lasts six months and begins on September 30th, with technical mentoring provided by Kodigo and soft skills mentoring offered by Coderland. Additionally, Ana Laura and Valeria, psychologists with expertise in group dynamics, will guide our scholarship recipients in their personal and professional development.

Together, we support the growth of these incredible women, strengthen their skills, and open doors to new opportunities in the tech world. We are excited about what the future holds for them!
